Preliminary version

This text is a preliminary version pending specialised legal review. The final version will be published before public launch.

1. Acceptance

By registering an account, you declare you are of legal age (18+) or have your legal representative's consent, and you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the service

The platform is a service for information, guidance, and connection between patients and oral-health professionals in Angola. It is not a clinic nor an emergency service. It does not replace in-person medical consultation. In case of serious emergency, go to a hospital or call 112.

3. Patient obligations

You commit to: provide truthful information, use the platform in good faith, not publish offensive, illegal, or misleading content, respect professionals and other users.

4. Professional obligations

Professionals and clinics commit to: being legally qualified (active registration with the Angolan Medical Order — OMA — or equivalent academic credentials while the future dental association is in formation), providing services with clinical diligence, respecting professional secrecy, complying with applicable legislation.

5. Professional verification

The platform verifies OMA registration (or equivalent credentials) before activating a professional profile. Verification does not replace the individual professional's responsibility — the platform does not answer for clinical acts.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform provides the infrastructure for information and connection. It is not responsible: for the clinical acts of professionals, for the accuracy of information entered by users, for occasional technical interruptions, or for decisions made based on the general information presented here.

7. User content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to display and process it within the service. Illegal or improper content will be removed.

8. Intellectual property

The brand, the software, and the editorial content of the platform are the property of its co-founders and partners. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. You can delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the service after material changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable law and venue

These terms are governed by Angolan law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the Republic of Angola.
